MEMRLTA Rules of Association (Constitution)
MEMRLTA is registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria as an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981. As an incorporated association, MEMRLTA is required to have:
- a written statement of purposes outlining the main objects that the association intends to achieve, and
- a written set of rules known as the Rules of Association.
